To be a member at Galleriadilux.ca, you will need to share your name, mailing address, contact number and email address with us. While processing your order online, we would require your billing address, shipping address, contact number, debit card number/ credit card number and the expiry date. If necessary, these details may be shared with a credit reference agency to verify your order.
If the item runs out of stock, it would be labeled as such, and the item won't get added to your shopping cart. However, if the item goes out of stock after it has been added to your shopping cart but before your checkout is completed, you will be informed at the time of checkout.Such items can be added to your wishlist and we willalert you once the item becomes available once again.
In the unlikely event that an item goes out of stock after you have placed your order and received an order- confirmation, we will try our best to fulfill the order by sourcing the selected item. In the event that we are unable to source it for you, or if it is likely to take more than 15 days to ship, we will inform you about the delay and cancel the item as per your convenience and reverse any charges made to your credit / debit card against that item.
Your Wishlist is a list wherein you can add the items you like and wish to purchase in the future. You can also add items which are currently unavailable at the store. Once the item is available, you will receive an email notification on the same.
